Surfburnt is committed to delivering your order in a timely and reliable manner. Due to the nature of our products, shipping methods and delivery timelines may vary depending on the size, weight, and handling requirements of each item.

Orders are typically processed within one to three business days after payment is received. Once your order has been processed, you will receive a confirmation email followed by shipping details and tracking information as soon as your item leaves the warehouse.

Delivery times will vary based on the product and shipping method selected. Most standard shipments arrive within five to ten business days, while larger items shipped via freight carriers may take between seven and fourteen business days. For certain specialty or made-to-order products, additional handling time may be required. If this applies to your order, our team will keep you informed throughout the process.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the continental United States. Deliveries to Alaska, Hawaii, and certain remote locations may require additional charges. Any applicable fees will be communicated prior to shipment.

Due to the size of many of our products, including kayaks, eFoil boards, and inflatable watercraft, some orders will be delivered via freight carriers. Freight deliveries are typically made curbside and may require a scheduled delivery appointment. Customers are responsible for being available to receive the shipment and for moving the product from the delivery point.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided via email. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear, depending on the carrier.

If your order arrives damaged or if there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. To help us resolve the issue as quickly as possible, we may request photos of the product and packaging. We will work directly with the carrier to determine the best resolution.

While we strive to meet all estimated delivery timelines, delays can occasionally occur due to factors outside of our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or supply chain disruptions. We will always do our best to assist in tracking your shipment and providing updates.

Please ensure that all shipping information provided at checkout is accurate. Surfburnt is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses, and additional fees may apply if reshipment is required.
